Eva Longoria was injured on Wednesday on the set of her hit TV show "Desperate Housewives."
Longoria, who plays saucy Gabrielle Solis on the show, was leaving her dressing room when she fell down some stairs.
According to Longoria's publicist Liza Anderson, "Yesterday Eva slipped on one of the stairs coming out of her trailer.
"She was taken to St. Joseph's hospital in Burbank (California) for x-rays. Nothing is broken, but her ribs are very bruised. She expects to return to work as scheduled."
Anderson said the Texan beauty was still planning to fly to France to meet up with her boyfriend, NBA player Tony Parker.
